Shipping

For orders requiring shipping and therefore the software on CD, there is a standard charge of £10 GBP per software product for postage to addresses within the UK. The standard charge for posting products to the rest of the world is £20 GBP per software product. This charge includes the boxed product CD, Manual, packaging and postage. Further shipping costs may apply if ‘next day’ or ‘special’ delivery is required.

Packages for delivery outside of the UK will be sent via the UK-based Royal Mail. If customers require delivery via a courier other than the Royal Mail Standard International Service, the standard shipping fee will be charged, plus any additional cost.

Returns

Catalyze strongly believes customers should be able to try software before they purchase it. To this end, we make evaluation versions of all Catalyze software available for download from our main website http://www.catalyze.co.uk.

We recommend that prospective customers try before they buy. Our evaluation software is designed to let users try out all features and functions and ensure that it is appropriate for their particular requirements and that the software is technically compatible with systems. To assist, we allow users of evaluation trial software to contact us for free technical support.

Given that we provide evaluation software, we do NOT offer a general 30-day Sale-or-Return option. Please note that we are unable to accept cancellation of, or returns for, digital items once downloading has commenced.

Support contract and Training refunds are only given under circumstances set out in their specific Terms & Conditions. These are available upon request by emailing sales@catalyze.co.uk
